SAP WM/MDE Lead – Mexico Location: Mexico Work Mode: Remote Travel: 2 times per month to Ciudad Juarez Hiring Mode: FTE Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP WM/MDE Lead with strong expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Mobile Data Entry (MDE) solutions to support end-to-end warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations within SAP S/4HANA environments. The SAP WM/MDE Lead will be responsible for leading warehouse process design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support across manufacturing and distribution operations in Mexico. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP WM/MDE warehouse process design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Implement and support Mobile Data Entry (MDE) enabled Simplified Push Delivery Processes . Support real-time inventory movements, outbound delivery execution, goods issue confirmation, barcode scanning, and warehouse transaction processing through mobile devices. Streamline warehouse operations, improve inventory accuracy, enhance delivery visibility, and optimize order fulfillment processes. Support inventory management , warehouse structure setup, storage bin management, picking, packing, shipping, stock transfers, and cycle counting. Lead integration of WM/MDE processes with SAP OTC, MM, PP, FICO, Transportation , and third-party logistics systems.



Conduct fit-gap workshops and business process validation. Lead SITUAT testing , cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support. Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, business, and IT teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and compliant warehouse management solutions. Manage stakeholders and provide clear communication throughout project and operational activities. Support warehouse management solutions for Mexico operations . Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with SAP WM . Strong expertise in SAP EWM . Strong expertise in SAP Mobile Data Entry (MDE) . Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments. Experience implementing and supporting MDE-enabled Simplified Push Delivery Processes . Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations. Experience with: Inventory Management Warehouse Structure Setup Storage Bin Management Picking Packing Shipping Stock Transfers Cycle Counting Outbound Delivery Execution Goods Issue Confirmation Barcode Scanning Experience integrating WM/MDE with OTC, MM, PP, FICO, Transportation , and third-party logistics systems. Experience leading fit-gap workshops, business process validation, SITUAT testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare . Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with warehouse, logistics, business, and IT teams.
