Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Workday Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports using Workday reporting best practices.
- Translate HR and business requirements into effective Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Build and maintain Workday Prism Analytics datasets, transformations, and data pipelines.
- Develop Discovery Boards, Storyboards, Worksheets, dashboards, and other advanced Workday reporting solutions.
- Create and optimize Advanced Calculated Fields and reusable reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex Workday reporting issues and recommend scalable technical solutions.
- Validate report data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HR policies and data security standards.
- Standardize and automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual reporting efforts.
- Support data storytelling and visualization for HR and leadership stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HRIS, IT, HR,



and business teams to identify reporting gaps and improve Workday functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to HR team members regarding Workday reporting capabilities.
- Evaluate and support implementation of new Workday reporting and analytics capabilities introduced through Workday releases.
- Develop approximately 10–15 key dashboards supporting workforce analytics and decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

- University degree with 5+ years of Workday Reporting and Analytics experience, OR Master's degree with 3+ years of Workday Reporting and Analytics experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with advanced Workday reporting capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience independently troubleshooting complex Workday reporting issues.
- Strong understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and reporting best practices.
- Strong Workday Prism Analytics experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
