- Individual contributor that will be elaborating creating dashboards to identify insights and patterns to improve customer experience across differente line of business.

- Will follow continuous improvement methodologies across different verticals to minimize costs and improve CX.

Key responsibilities
- Create live dashboards to understand data and track trends.

- Robust understanding of SQL and Python.

- Effectively communicate with other verticals’ stakeholders such as product, HR, CX to unblock bottlenecks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or product management.

- Experience in customer experience.

- Experience in SQL and Python.

- Lean Six Sigma Certification.

- English C1. (Recommended but not required).

- Experience in data analyses and flow diagrams.
