Description

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the collections function, contributing to improved cash flow and reduced delinquency rates, while supporting a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Assist in resolving vendor and customer inquiries related to collections and payments.
- Allocate expenses and support monthly close activities related to accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer disputes and escalations.
- Monitor collections performance metrics and provide reports to management.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

- Experience in collections, credit, or accounts receivable management.
- Strong knowledge of collections processes and financial reconciliation.
- Proficiency in managing vendor accounts and maintaining accurate financial records.
