eCommerce Site Operations Specialist

At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it’s about connecting humans with humans. We’re a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.

Join a company that is redefining premium cookware. Headquartered in Los Angeles and backed by Gordon Ramsay, they've built a global brand — spanning DTC, Amazon, wholesale, Costco, and international markets — on patented hybrid technology and standout design.

We're looking for an eCommerce Site Operations Specialist to join the team. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the eCommerce platform, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and efficient online shopping experience for customers.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US-based company—fully remote.

What You'll Do

- Content Management: Manage and update website content using a content management system (CMS), ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- eCommerce Integration: Integrate eCommerce functionalities such as third-party plugins to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Localization: Support and maintain region-specific storefronts, ensuring content, currency, and functionality are properly localized for each market and coordinating with country managers on regional requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize website performance, including speed, responsiveness, and overall site efficiency.
- SEO/GEO and Analytics: Implement SEO/GEO best practices and track website performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- AI & Automation: Identify opportunities to apply AI tools and workflow automation (e.g., QA checks, code review support, ClickUp/task workflows) to improve team efficiency and site quality.

- Cross-Device and Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure the website is fully responsive and functions seamlessly across various devices and browsers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the growth, design, and content teams to ensure website alignment with branding and marketing strategies.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring a seamless user experience.

What You Need

- At least 2 years' experience in eCommerce website development, preferably in a retail or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment.
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CMS (e.g., Shopify).
- Experience supporting multi-region or multi-storefront websites, with an understanding of localization considerations (currency, language, regional compliance).
- Familiarity with AI tools or workflow automation platforms (e.g., ClickUp, code review assistants, QA automation) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO/GEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry are a plus.

Salary & Perks

- Competitive USD Pay: We hire top talent and compensate accordingly.
- This is a full-time, long-term engagement with room to grow
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
- 100% remote, EST or LA, California PST time zone
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted)
