Responsibilities- Provide financial support to Plant Management.- Oversee and provide manufacturing cost accounting for the plant.- Manage and control budgets for assets and operating expenses, while supporting productivity goals and daily financial reporting.- Collaborate and work closely with all functional areas across the organization.- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.- Analyze production costs and cost performance.- Coordinate and execute monthly financial and operational closings, ensuring compliance with corporate directives.- Plan, coordinate, present, and execute the monthly forecast process.- Plan, coordinate, present, and execute the annual budget, including calculating labor rates by cost center.- Coordinate and execute tax audits and fiscal compliance reviews.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.- Advanced English proficiency.- ERP/SAP knowledge and experience.- More than 10 years of experience in finance.- Proven leadership experience.- More than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.- Advanced Excel skills.- Availability to travel.- Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
