about the role

we’re looking for a motivated it recruiter with hands-on experience in tech hiring to support end-to-end recruitment activities. In this role, you’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience.

what you’ll do

- post job ads across job boards, professional platforms, and social media
- source and screen candidates for it roles
- conduct initial phone screenings




- communicate clearly and promptly with candidates throughout the process
- promote a positive and professional candidate experience

what we’re looking for

- 2+ years of experience as an it recruiter
- experience sourcing technical profiles
- strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
- tech-savvy and comfortable using ats/recruiting tools
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- must have staffing industry experience
