Chief Stewardess - 35m Private Motor Yacht

Employment Start Date: as soon as possible (for proper hand over)

Itinerary: 2026: Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, California. 2027 TBD

Crew accommodation: Chief Stewardess has own cabin, shared bathroom

Crew: 7 crew. Fun, athletic, active, mid 20’s - mid 30’s, long term crew members. Mixed crew nationalities.

About The Program: A busy private program with fantastic American owners and active, long -standing crew onboard. The program includes lots of exploring, adventure, fishing,

spearfishing, & diving trips. 8 - 10 guest trips annually lasting 5 - 7 days each.

Seeking an engaged, hands -on Chief Stewardess who ideally has 50M+ yacht service & housekeeping experience, the ability to lead and manage a 2nd stew.

There has recently been an 80m added to the fleet, which opens the possibility of crew moving onto the larger yacht.

Service Style: “Relaxed formal” Service Style. Plated dishes, occasional family style lunches.

Typically 4 -7 dinner guests at a time. Fun, relaxed atmosphere, with lots of pleasant guest interaction. No regular late nights or late service demands.

Chief Stewardess Requirements:

- Absolute non
- smoker, no -drama, non
- partier, no drinking onboard




- pre -employment drug screening and background check required upon hire.
- Previous longevity in an interior leadership role is highly preferred
- Ability to provide verifiable references
- Must be willing to carry on with established maintenance plans and schedules that are already in place and proven effective
- Must have interior leadership experience and enjoy working as part of a team
- Keen eye for detail
- Must maintain an immaculate & tidy interior, workstations, laundry area, and personal cabin space at all times
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be hands on, unafraid to hustle and open to long hours if required
- Valid B1B2 visa OR US Passport in hand
- Valid STCW, ENG1, FHL2

Salary: $5,500 - $7,000 (DOE)
Bonuses: 13th month bonus, paid in full at 12 months , then 1/2mo. salary paid every 6months,

beginning at 18mo of full time employment. (18mo, 24mo, 30mo, 36mo…etc.)

Raises: 5% salary increase annually after 1yr of full time employment.

Vacation / Holiday Plan: Accrue 2.5 days for each full month worked, 30 working days per

year. Eligible for holiday pay after 1 full year of employment. Worked weekends will be made up

for after trips.
