When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you will become part of a global team delivering Workday Managed Services and implementation solutions for leading organizations. As a Senior Associate within the Workday practice, you will focus on the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support.

Workday Compensation and Benefits.

In this role, you will work directly with clients and project teams to gather business requirements, configure Workday functionality, support testing activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver scalable solutions that align with client needs.

You will play a key role throughout the implementation lifecycle, from design and configuration through deployment and post-production support.

The idóneo candidate combines strong Workday functional expertise with hands-on configuration experience and a consulting mindset, enabling successful delivery of Compensation and Benefits solutions across global engagements.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support Workday Compensation and Benefits implementation projects.
- Configure and maintain Workday Compensation and Benefits solutions based on business requirements.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation activities, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
- Configure compensation plans, merit processes, bonus programs, salary review cycles, and benefits administration functionality.
- Support system enhancements, optimization initiatives,



and change requests within Managed Services engagements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday functional issues related to Compensation and Benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, Reporting, Integrations, Payroll, and Core HCM.
- Support data conversion, data validation, and EIB activities.
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality solutions.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of professional experience as Workday functional consultor.
- Experience supporting Workday implementations and/or Managed Services engagements.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.

- Hands-on experience configuring Workday Compensation and Benefits modules.
- Experience participating in multiple end-to-end Workday implementations.
- Strong understanding of Compensation and Benefits business processes and their configuration within Workday.

- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

- Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Nice to have: Workday certification in Compensation, Benefits, Core HCM, or related modules preferred.
