Technical Program Manager – Data & Power Platform

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

- Lead cross-functional programs from planning to execution, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and business objectives.
- Define program governance, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and early signals to prevent issues before they impact delivery.

Data & Analytics

- Analyze enterprise data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational insights.
- Design and maintain scalable data models and workflows using Microsoft Dataverse.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance.

Power Platform Solutions

- Develop and enhance Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline business processes.
- Build Power BI dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to leadership.

Required Qualifications





- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform:
- Dataverse
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI (including DAX)
- Experience with data modeling, governance, and analytics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Azure services and Dataverse integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira.
- Background in Business Intelligence or data analytics.
- Must have: hands on AI- strong experience data modeling, power BI, JIRA

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

Job type: Remote.
Location: Mexico
Salary: $113,000 gross
