Role Description
The Chief Financial Officer is in charge of the company's overall financial picture, including the model, cash, margins, and capital plan (P&L;), and turns it into clear decisions that management can act on. Reporting directly to the CEO, this person builds the finance function from a founder-style accounting setup to a reliable system that the company can operate on, while working closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to allocate cash where it generates the most return. Qualifications: 7-10 years in a CFO role Has previously created or rebuilt the finance function (models, closing, reporting) for an agile B2C company Direct experience in inventory accounting, P&L; by business division and channel, and in the realities of marketplaces, live commerce,



and retail Strong knowledge of legal accounting and tax regulations in Mexico

Qualifications:

7-10 in the role of Chief Financial Officer
Has previously created or rebuilt the finance function (models, closing, reporting) for an agile and B2C company
Direct experience in inventory accounting, profit and loss by business division and channel, and in the realities of marketplaces, live commerce, and retail
Strong knowledge of legal accounting and tax regulations in Mexico
Experience working in a multinational organization with exposure to corporate headquarters
