About this vacancy

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and assess technical talent across a variety of disciplines.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other creative channels
- Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs for commissioning, electrical, mechanical, and data center projects
- Conducting initial candidate outreach and screening interviews
- Assessing candidate qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit
- Close partnering with business managers
- Managing candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Keeping up with hiring trends and talent market developments in the U.S.

What we expect from you

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Recent graduate or a maximum of 2 years of professional experience
- Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Resilience and persistence when facing challenges
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Fluency in English, any additional language would be a plus
