Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Music Producer role based in Zapopan, JAL. The Music Producer will oversee the end-to-end production process, including developing concepts, arranging tracks, recording sessions, and guiding artists through the creative workflow. Day-to-day tasks include managing studio sessions, working with engineers and performers, selecting and shaping sounds, and ensuring that each project meets artistic and technical standards. The role involves editing and mixing tracks, collaborating on songwriting and arrangements, and staying aligned with project timelines and budgets. The Music Producer will also track industry trends, maintain organized project files,



and contribute ideas to enhance the overall catalog and brand.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Music Production and Music Technology, including familiarity with DAWs, recording equipment, and basic mixing workflows.
- Solid foundation in Music Theory and general Music knowledge to support composition, arrangement, and harmonic structure.
- Understanding of the Music Industry, including release strategies, collaboration practices, and current genre and market trends.
- Experience running studio sessions, directing artists, and managing multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proficiency in audio editing, sound design, and basic mixing; mastering knowledge is an advantage.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Ability to work on-site daily in Zapopan, JAL, and maintain a professional and inclusive studio environment.
- Relevant education or training in music production, audio engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
