Position Overview
We are a fast-growing hardware startup seeking an experienced and highly
motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this critical
role, you will drive supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, and
scalability.



You’ll work closely with the supply base and Product Development,
providing Manufacturing and process expertise to ensure suppliers meet our
rigorous requirements and continuously improve business and manufacturing
processes.

The idóneo candidate has a proven track record of successfully launching new
products, sustaining current products, collaborating with Contract
Manufacturers, and expertise in multiple manufacturing methods, particularly
metal/plastic machining, plastic injection molding (PIM), and metal injection
molding (MIM). You’ll help evaluate, select, and develop suppliers while
optimizing processes to drive performance and cost reductions.

What You’ll Do

* Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts with suppliers, ensuring
successful product launches.
* Drive continuous improvements in supplier scalability, cost management, and
product quality.
* Conduct Design for Manufacturability
