JOB SUMMARY

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to
our growth, we’re looking to add a IT Data Analytics located in Guadalajara,
North Campus.

Reporting to the IT Project Manager the IT Data Analytics´s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

* Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions,
incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process
efficiency
* Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing
systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to
visualize solutions before implementation
* Research, design,



and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic
design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables
* Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate
system changes and project status
* Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using
visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption
* Execute General IT projects with integrated design and communication
deliverables

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related
field.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Strong experience developing dynamic dashboards using Tableau (preferred)
and/or Power BI.
* Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL query
development.
* Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Flex Flow databases.
* Experience with ShareP
