Leveraging vision and a pragmatic approach, the Legal Director will set the overall direction for the legal team in LATAM, as well as provide strategic advice and thought leadership to the CEO in for LATAM and other key business leaders in Sales, Product, Risk, Global Customer Operations and Compliance. The Legal Director will work also closely with legal colleagues who support PayPal in more than 200 markets around the world as part of a diverse legal team; specifically, on employment, privacy, litigation and regulatory matters.
