Where You'll Make a Difference Support the
Market & Consumer Insights team
in delivering actionable consumer, market, and category insights for the Consumer Fragrance business. Collect, organize, and analyze
qualitative and quantitative consumer research data
across
Fabric & Home Care
and other fragrance categories. Translate research findings into
actionable recommendations
that support fragrance innovation,



marketing strategies, and business growth. Assist in the design, execution, and management of
consumer and market research projects
. Prepare
reports, presentations, and insight summaries
for internal stakeholders. Monitor
consumer trends, category dynamics, and competitive activities
to identify opportunities and emerging needs. Coordinate with
external research agencies, suppliers, and vendors
to ensure effective project delivery. Maintain
research databases, documentation, and records
, ensuring data quality and accuracy. Collaborate with
Marketing, Creation, Evaluation, and Commercial teams
to integrate consumer insights into strategic decision-making.
What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Statistics, Market Research, Consumer Science, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience
in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Category Insights, or a related function
