Align and manage PLMu2019s, IE, Manufacturing and Maintenance areas to achieve operating and production objectives optimizing all the resources through budget management and meeting targets consistent with quality assurance requirements in coordination with site functional areas. nn nYou will be responsible for assessing and analyzing cost of production to find ways to optimize expenses and profit through process improvement and workforce efficiency. Align and adapt Business Units strategies to achieve site High 5s. quality checks, calibration, etc. standards are being effectively executed and maintained. nu2022 Forecast labor requirements and efficiency through capacity planning and recommend equipment and/or facility changes, production methods, or material handling procedures. nu2022 Initiate and recommend the purchase of new capital equipment. nu2022 Leverage data analysis to improve the teamu2019s performance and identify opportunities to influence product development priorities. nu2022 Work cross-functionally to understand the Value Stream and how projects impact the entire process.
