What Can You Expect?
As a Senior Sales Executive, You Will
- Drive Business Growth: Engage in strategic cold and warm calling to connect with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead Generation & Account Farming: Proactively identify new business opportunities while strategically managing and expanding existing high-value client accounts.
- Portfolio Development: Build and nurture your own client portfolio, uncovering deep-seated opportunities within existing organizational structures.
- Full-Spectrum Selling: Represent the entire K2 service suite, including Staffing, K2 University (Training), Managed Solutions, and Consulting.
- Consultative Approach: Identify complex client pain points and propose tailored, high-impact solutions to meet their digital transformation needs.
- Full Sales Lifecycle: Negotiate high-level contracts and manage the end-to-end sales process with precision.
- Collaboration: Work flexibly in a full 360° sales capacity or collaborate with our expert resource teams to deliver top-tier staffing requirements.
Who Are We Looking For?
