Sourcing Associate

We’re looking for a Sourcing Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team and help build a strong, scalable recruiting foundation.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop real recruiting skills — from sourcing and candidate evaluation to how high-performing teams manage pipelines and make hiring decisions.

Location: Guadalajara (on-site)
Type: Temporary (3–6 months, with potential to extend)

What you’ll do

Maintain and improve candidate pipelines and ATS data quality

Source candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms

Review resumes and identify strong talent quickly

Support recruiters by keeping processes organized and efficient

✅ What we’re looking for





0–2 years in recruiting, sourcing, HR, or similar

Strong English communication (written and spoken)

Detail-oriented and organized

Comfortable working on-site in Guadalajara

Proactive and eager to learn
