We're hiring an: Order Fulfillment Specialist

This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, and thrives on delivering excellent customer experiences. You'll play a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered efficiently while gaining exposure to sales operations and business development activities within a growing international company.

What you'll do

Process and enter customer orders accurately into company systems

Review and verify order details, pricing, product availability, and customer information

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery

Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and issue resolution

Manage order changes, cancellations, returns, and special requests when needed

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service,



and Inventory teams to resolve discrepancies and improve order accuracy

Maintain organized and accurate records of customer orders and interactions

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the order fulfillment process

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Participate in training and development opportunities related to inside sales and business development activities

What we're looking for

1 to 3 years of experience in order processing, order management, customer service, sales support, or a related field

Experience working with NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
