Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full bookkeeping cycle for ~40 client accounts.
Prepare financial reports for multiple properties.
Code charges, reconcile invoices, and maintain client, tenant, and vendor ledgers.
Support reporting, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Communicate financial information clearly to property owners, tenants, vendors, and employees.
Requirements:
3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
Strong AP/AR experience.
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and AppFolio.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
