Account Representative The Account Representative administers and implements Strategic agreements and sells company products and services. Works in conjunction with Strategic Account Managers, Field Sales Representatives, Product Management, and Sales Management to increase customer penetration and sales opportunities. Success is measured by meeting defined sales objectives and performing all duties with a high ethical standard and exceeding all customer requirements.

What our Account Representative do: Participates in the TTI Total Quality process by following defined policies and procedures to maintain efficient sales cycle, following logical and systematic approaches, while the goal being to reduce sales errors and uphold quality to the highest level Prepares sales forecasts and activity reports to provide management with insights on sales performance, marketing strategies, new products,



and territory trends Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish. Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools to support sales operations and to streamline communication, reporting, and data driven decision making. Quickly adapts to and retains knowledge of TTI's evolving product lines, services, policies, and procedures.

Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills by efficiently prioritizing tasks, maintaining focus on high-impact activities, and ensuring timely follow-up to meet deadlines and support customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
