Description Job Title: Admissions Coordinator | Bilingual (English & Spanish) Full-Time, Remote Location: We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Admissions Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for prospective students interested in career-focused training programs. The idóneo candidate is a confident communicator, skilled at building rapport over the phone, and comfortable guiding conversations from initial inquiry through enrollment. You will support prospective students across both healthcare and skilled trades programs while ensuring an exceptional admissions experience.

Answer inbound calls from prospective students in English or Spanish. Recommend the most appropriate training program based on student needs. Educate prospective students on available training opportunities across multiple campuses and programs.

VA Education Benefits State Workforce Funding Programs Applicable Financial Assistance Opportunities Help students understand the enrollment and funding process. Ensure no qualified prospect is lost due to lack of follow-up.

Student

Records & CRM Management Update lead and student information within CRM and tracking systems.



Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting. Passionate about helping individuals improve their careers through education. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Experience using CRM, lead management, or call-tracking systems. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup. Admissions or enrollment experience within vocational, trade, technical, or career schools.

Experience in education sales or student recruitment. Familiarity with VA Education Benefits.

Experience working with healthcare education programs.

Experience working with trade school or vocational training programs. CRM Systems Call Tracking Software Google Workspace Enrollment & Student Management Systems Update CRM records and enrollment status. Accuracy and completeness of CRM records.
