Xperteez Technology is looking for technically strong professionals to join an exciting AI/LLM training project with a leading foundational LLM company.

Position: LLM Trainer – Agent Function Calling

Location: Remote

What You’ll Do

- Design realistic, high-quality multi-turn conversations between users and AI assistants.
- Simulate user interactions with tools such as Calendar, Email, Maps, and Drive.
- Model intelligent assistant behavior and appropriate function/tool usage.
- Create realistic scenarios involving complex reasoning, decision-making, and task completion.
- Craft conversations demonstrating when an AI assistant should use tools—and when it should not.
- Ensure conversations follow defined formatting, quality, and training guidelines.
- Iterate on examples based on reviewer feedback and quality requirements.




- Collaborate with peers and reviewers to maintain consistency and high-quality deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of overall professional experience in a technical or analytical field.

- Strong technical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with at least one programming language or technical stack.
- Good understanding of APIs, JSON, structured data, and logical workflows.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Ability to break down complex tasks into logical steps.
- Experience with LLMs, AI assistants, agent frameworks, or function-calling APIs is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently.

Commitment Options

Choose one of the following:
- 20 hours/week
- 30 hours/week
- 40 hours/week

Candidates must be available for at least 4 hours per day and maintain a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST .
