Bachelor's degree in a related field 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments Experience with order management and customer account handling Experience working with CRM systems and operational tools Fluent English (required) Review, validate, and process customer orders in line with internal processes and business guidelines Support commercial strategies and contribute to customer retention Act as a key user for CRM and operational tools (e.g., Variable compensation based on performance and collected sales Private Medical Insurance Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
