10–20 hours/week Role Responsibilities Transcribe and optimize audio and video content in

Spanish (Mexico) , ensuring clarity and adherence to guidelines. Develop detailed evaluation rubrics and grading guidelines in

Spanish and

English for consumer audio contexts. Conduct model testing and grading, evaluating outputs for accuracy and clarity. Provide structured feedback to improve

AI model performance in Spanish audio tasks. Support benchmarking and quality assurance, maintaining consistency and reliability in datasets. Collaborate with project leads to resolve ambiguities and improve task design. Qualifications Must-Have Strong writing, editing, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Native or near-native fluency in

Spanish (Mexico)





and professional fluency in
