Auxiliar de IT

Buscamos un(a) Auxiliar de IT para brindar soporte técnico a usuarios administrativos y operativos dentro del centro de almacén y oficinas; garantizando el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos, sistemas y herramientas tecnológicas que soportan la operación diaria.

? Megapark, Las Animas, Tepotzotlán

Principales responsabilidades

- Proporcionar soporte técnico de primer nivel a usuarios de almacén y oficinas.
- Instalar, configurar y dar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a equipos de cómputo.




- Atender incidencias relacionadas con hardware, software, red y telecomunicaciones.
- Configurar y dar soporte a impresoras térmicas Zebra, impresoras láser y dispositivos de escaneo.
- Brindar soporte a equipos handheld, lectores de códigos de barras y terminales móviles.
- Apoyar en la administración de usuarios, accesos y correos electrónicos mediante Microsoft 365.
- Dar seguimiento y documentación a tickets de soporte.
- Participar en inventarios y control de activos tecnológicos.

Requisitos

- Bachillerato técnico o Lic. en Sistemas Computacionales, Informática, Tecnologías de la Información o afín.
- Experiencia de1 a 2 años en soporte técnico o mesa de ayuda.
- Conocimientos en Sistemas operativos Windows.
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
- Redes básicas (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
- Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos.
- Configuración de impresoras y dispositivos periféricos.
- Active Directory (deseable).
- Herramientas de gestión de tickets (deseable).
- Disponibilidad para laborar en jornada 4X3 (trabajas 4 días y descansas 3)
