We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Solutions Analyst to partner with business teams in designing and implementing data-driven solutions that support key business outcomes.

In this role, you will work on moderately complex projects focused on analytics, reporting, process improvements, and data integration initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business performance. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with cross-functional teams, analyzing data from multiple sources, and developing solutions that support strategic decision-making. Partner with business stakeholders to design and implement data-centric solutions that support strategic and operational goals Develop moderately complex analytics and reporting solutions to improve business processes and decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, define, and document analytics and business requirements Create detailed business documentation, process flows, and reporting frameworks aligned with stakeholder needs Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and Product Management to support data solutions and enhancements Develop and support enterprise-wide data integration strategies across multiple systems and data sources Build,
