Business Analyst

Salary: $45,000–$53,000 MXN/month (based on experience)

Location: Mexico City (Hybrid)

Must be fluent in English & Spanish

About the Opportunity

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing tech outsourcing firm whose client base includes international Fortune 500 companies headquartered in the US.

The Role

As Business Analyst, you'll be the bridge between business stakeholders and the delivery team - owning requirements, documentation, testing, training, and change management for a data/analytics-focused product.

What You'll Do

- Document current and future workflows and requirements
- Define acceptance criteria and metric logic
- Track assumptions, decisions, dependencies, and UAT sign-off
- Lead testing, training, and change management activities

What You'll Bring

- Experience as a business or systems analyst on data/analytics initiatives




- Experience with requirements gathering, UAT, training, and change management
- Familiarity with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Power BI)
- Experience with test management, UAT practices, and delivery tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com)
- Comfort facilitating UAT sessions and training
- Must be fluent in English & Spanish

What You'll Own

- Documentation standards, acceptance-criteria structure, and the UAT plan
- The requirements record, decision log, and training materials

You'll collaborate closely with the Analytics Engineer on metric logic and the Product Owner on scope, escalating unresolved requirements or sign-off risks as needed.
