As a Business Development Associate supporting Rare Patient Voice, you will sit at the front line of client engagement. You will own feasibility, pricing, and early-stage client interactions, ensuring every request is handled with speed, accuracy, and care.

This role is open only to candidates currently residing in Mexico with legal authorization to work in Mexico.

Partner with internal teams to assess audience availability, timelines, and project viability Manage 15-25 requests daily while maintaining high quality and responsiveness Ensure smooth handoff from sales to project delivery with complete and accurate documentation Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and response quality over time 2-4 years of experience in business development, market research, or a client-facing operations role Experience with Excel and related tools for tracking and analysis Demonstrated use of AI or automation tools to improve speed, quality, or workflow efficiency Join a fast-growing general team with career advancement opportunities.
