City (adecuado), other states in Mexico Hybrid / Remote As a Business Operations Associate, you'll design the processes, insights, and strategies that keep us fast, efficient, and ready to scale Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operational performance, patient outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular performance updates to leadership and stakeholders. Assist in the development of the company's strategic plan,



working with senior leadership to define goals, objectives, and key initiatives.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and threats.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field 0-2+ years of experience in operations analysis, strategy, or management consulting, preferably in healthcare. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., LLMs, Excel, SQL, data visualization tools). Project management experience is a plus.
