Roles Overview

The Business Product Analyst supports the discovery, evaluation, validation, and scaling of field-led AI innovations across the Sales organization. Working closely with the Business Product Manager, sellers, citizen developers, technology teams, and cross-functional partners, this role helps identify high-value AI use cases and determine which innovations have the potential to scale beyond an individual team or workflow.

The role focuses on AI use-case discovery, business value assessment, product validation, prioritization, adoption, and measurement, helping transform promising field-developed solutions into trusted, reusable AI capabilities that can deliver broader organizational value.

Core Accountability

Accountable for supporting the intake, assessment, validation, prioritization, and adoption of field-led AI use cases, ensuring promising innovations are evaluated against defined business value, feasibility, scalability, user experience, and enterprise-readiness criteria.

This role helps move AI innovations from idea or prototype to validated business capability, while maintaining visibility into the broader AI portfolio and its measurable impact.

Helps identify the most valuable opportunities, validate their impact, and provide the insights needed to prioritize investment and scale solutions that improve seller productivity and business outcomes.

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities

Innovation Discovery and Assessment

- Support the full product lifecycle: discovery → design → delivery → launch → adoption → optimization, and ongoing improvement.
- Partner with delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions.
- Support intake and discovery of field-developed AI ideas, tools, agents, and automations.
- Define the business problem, target users, workflow, and expected value.
- Assess opportunities based on business value, adoption potential, complexity, scalability, and duplication.
- Identify common use cases that could be reused or scaled across Sales.

AI Product Validation and Field Feedback

- Establish and maintain feedback loops with sellers, users, and citizen developers.
- Gather, analyze, and evaluate field feedback, usage patterns, and user needs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Validate AI capabilities against business requirements, seller workflows, and intended outcomes.
- Translate findings into actionable requirements and recommendations for product improvements.

Pilot, Adoption & Business Value

- Support pilots and phased rollouts for capabilities selected for scale.
- Track and analyze adoption, usage, productivity, and business-value metrics.
- Identify adoption barriers and recommend actions to improve the user experience and sustain adoption.
- Support enablement and change activities required for successful rollout.

Portfolio & Product Execution

- Maintain visibility into assigned AI initiatives, status, dependencies, adoption, and outcomes.
- Support requirements, backlog, prioritization, and release-readiness activities.
- Identify opportunities to consolidate or connect field innovations with existing enterprise AI capabilities.
- Provide data- and field-informed insights to support roadmap, prioritization, and investment decisions.

Change Management, Adoption & Enablement

- Support change management strategies and plans for new or evolving AI capabilities.
- Assess change impacts, stakeholder needs, adoption barriers, and readiness.
- Partner with product, enablement, and business teams on communications, training, and adoption activities.





Monitor adoption and field sentiment to identify where additional intervention or reinforcement is needed ,

Qualifications

Required

- 3 - 5 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, sales operations, technology enablement, innovation, or a related role.
- Experience supporting digital products, platforms, automation, or workflow solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to gather and synthesize user feedback and data into actionable insights.
- Ability to translate business problems and field needs into structured requirements and recommendations.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting product adoption, change management, or enablement activities.
- Familiarity with sales workflows and enterprise platforms such as CRM and productivity tools.
- Experience working in Agile, product delivery, process improvement, or change-management environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Data/Analytics, Product Management, or a related field

Preferred

- Experience with AI-enabled tools, including LLMs, copilots, AI agents, automation, Claude or analytics.
- Experience supporting AI use cases from idea or prototype through pilot and adoption.
- Experience with innovation programs, product intake, portfolio prioritization, or citizen development.
- Experience analyzing product adoption, user feedback, productivity improvements, or business outcomes.
- Relevant product, Agile, process improvement, or change-management certifications (e.g., CSPO, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci).
