- One-to-one career sessions

- Interview practice

## Who we're looking for A dedicated, open-minded coach who would rather be useful than encouraging.
- You know German application conventions in detail — format, tone, what actually gets read.
- You've hired or recruited. You know what the other side of the desk is looking for.
- You're honest about the market, even when the honest answer is hard to hear.
- German B2+ is helpful.
