What You'll Do

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Cash Application Specialists while driving performance and productivity.
- Oversee the end-to-end cash application process, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of customer payments.
- Resolve complex cash application issues, unapplied cash, and payment discrepancies while serving as the primary escalation point.




- Ensure compliance with internal controls, standard operating procedures, and audit requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation projects, and process standardization to increase operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide insights that support business decisions and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving financial operations, and driving process excellence through collaboration and innovation.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Finance Operations, with strong hands-on expertise specifically in Cash Application. Previous experience leading or coordinating Cash Application teams is required.
- Strong understanding of the Invoice-to-Cash process, cash application, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Eclipse, or similar. Experience with Sidetrade or other Cash Application automation platforms is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.




- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conversational English (C1) required.
