Chief of Staff (m/f/d) will act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, responsible for coordinating key initiatives, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring the effective execution of business strategy in Mexico. This role serves as a bridge between teams, driving alignment, clear communication, and agile decision-making in a dynamic environment. Serve as the strategic right hand to the MD, orchestrating executive-level planning, strategic initiatives, goals, operations, and administrative execution.

Manage cross-functional projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and strategic objectives. Analyze business metrics and prepare executive reports for senior leadership. to ensure alignment with integral strategy. Optimize resource management to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Bachelor's degree required,



MBA preferred 7+ years of experience as a chief of staff or in consulting, project management, or strategic roles. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
