Creative Strategist With SPANISH The brand is on mexico market The Creative Strategist is responsible for developing high-converting ad concepts and fully executable creative briefs based on deep customer research, platform-native insights, and performance data. The output must be production-ready, requiring minimal interpretation from editors.
Core Output Requirements
- 7 concepts per week
- 21 creatives total (3 variations per concept)
- Video-first format only
- Formats must vary across concepts and creatives (VSL, UGC, talking head, testimonial, problem-solution, animated, hybrid, etc.)
- Each creative must include a fully detailed, brief with references
- All briefs must be 100% executable without additional interpretation
Creative Strategy Framework
- Research (Mandatory for Each Concept)
Each concept must begin with clear research-backed reasoning:
- Source of insight (Reddit, reviews, comments, competitor ads, customer service logs, etc.)
- Core pain point identified
- Level of awareness (unaware, problem aware, solution aware, product aware)
- Emotional driver (fear, urgency, shame, hope, relief, etc.)
- Why this concept is being tested now
- Why it is expected to work
- What hypothesis is being validated
You must explicitly answer
- Why this angle?
- Why this messaging?
- Why now?
- Concept Development
Each concept must include
- Concept name
- Core angle (e.g., “GLP-1 hair loss panic,” “invisible shedding,” “doctor didn’t warn you”)
- Hook strategy (pattern interrupt + emotional trigger)
- Desired viewer reaction (scroll stop reason)
Define
- Intensity (low, medium, high):
How aggressive/emotional the message is
- Tone (e.g., conversational, alarming, empathetic, authoritative)
- Valence (positive, negative, mixed emotional direction)
Explain WHY each of these choices is made based on the audience psychology.
- Creative Variations (3 per Concept)
Each concept must produce 3 creatives with variation in:
- Format (UGC, VSL, testimonial, story, animation, etc.)
- Hook execution
- Delivery style
- Pacing
No repetition of identical structures.
- Hook Development
Each creative must include
- Exact hook line (written in natural Mexican Spanish speech)
- Explanation of why this hook works
- Specific pattern interrupt used
Hooks must feel native, raw, and non-scripted.
Brief must include
- Visual description (what is seen)
- Audio (dialogue in Mexican natural speech, tone, pacing)
- Camera direction (angle, movement, zoom, cuts)
- On-screen text (if applicable)
- Emotion being conveyed
- Purpose of the frame (e.g., hook, tension build, credibility, payoff)
Everything must be explicitly described so an editor can execute without assumptions.
- Production Details
Each creative must define
- Avatar (age, gender, background, appearance, styling)
- Scenario (location, environment, context)
- Wardrobe
- Lighting style
- Voice characteristics (tone, speed, emotion, accent — must be natural Mexican speech)
- Energy level
No generic descriptions allowed.
- Format Rotation
Across the 21 creatives, formats must vary:
- UGC (selfie style, raw)
- VSL (structured, persuasive)
- Testimonial (before/after narrative)
- Problem-solution
- Skit or scenario-based
- Animated explainer (if applicable)
- Hybrid formats
No over-reliance on one format.
- AI Usage Rule
If the brief appears to be 100% generated by AI without strategic reasoning, it will be automatically rejected.
The strategist must demonstrate
- Original thinking
- Market awareness
- Human insight
- Specificity from real research
- Learning and Iteration Layer
Each concept must end with:
- What we expect to learn
- What success would validate
- What failure would indicate
- What future variations could be derived from this concept
This ensures continuous improvement and scalable creative testing.
- Quality Control Checklist
Before submission, ensure:
- All 7 concepts are research-backed
- Each has 3 distinct creatives
- All creatives are frame-by-frame detailed
- Hooks are strong, clear, and justified
- Tone, intensity, and valence are defined and explained
- Avatar, scenario, and production details are fully specified
- No generic or vague instructions
- Execution requires zero guesswork
