Creative Strategy Framework

1. Research (Mandatory for Each Concept)

Each concept must begin with clear research-backed reasoning:
- Source of insight (Reddit, reviews, comments, competitor ads, customer service logs, etc.)
- Core pain point identified
- Level of awareness (unaware, problem aware, solution aware, product aware)
- Emotional driver (fear, urgency, shame, hope, relief, etc.)
- Why this concept is being tested now
- Why it is expected to work
- What hypothesis is being validated

You must explicitly answer

- Why this angle?
- Why this messaging?
- Why now?

1. Concept Development

Each concept must include:
- Concept name
- Core angle (e.g., “GLP-1 hair loss panic,” “invisible shedding,” “doctor didn’t warn you”)
- Hook strategy (pattern interrupt + emotional trigger)
- Desired viewer reaction (scroll stop reason)

Define

- Intensity (low, medium, high):

How aggressive/emotional the message is
- Tone (e.g., conversational, alarming, empathetic, authoritative)
- Valence (positive, negative, mixed emotional direction)

Explain WHY each of these choices is made based on the audience psychology.
1. Creative Variations (3 per Concept)

Each concept must produce 3 creatives with variation in:
- Format (UGC, VSL, testimonial, story, animation, etc.)
- Hook execution
- Delivery style
- Pacing

No repetition of identical structures.
1. Hook Development

Each creative must include:
- Exact hook line (written in natural Mexican Spanish speech)
- Explanation of why this hook works
- Specific pattern interrupt used

Hooks must feel native, raw, and non-scripted.

Brief must include

- Visual description (what is seen)
- Audio (dialogue in Mexican natural speech, tone, pacing)
- Camera direction (angle, movement, zoom, cuts)
- On-screen text (if applicable)
- Emotion being conveyed
- Purpose of the frame (e.g., hook, tension build, credibility, payoff)

Everything must be explicitly described so an editor can execute without assumptions.
1. Production Details

Each creative must define:
- Avatar (age, gender, background, appearance, styling)
- Scenario (location, environment, context)
- Wardrobe
- Lighting style

- Voice characteristics (tone, speed, emotion, accent — must be natural Mexican speech)
- Energy level

No generic descriptions allowed.
1. Format Rotation

Across the 21 creatives, formats must vary:
- UGC (selfie style, raw)
- VSL (structured, persuasive)
- Testimonial (before/after narrative)
- Problem-solution
- Skit or scenario-based
- Animated explainer (if applicable)
- Hybrid formats

No over-reliance on one format.
1. AI Usage Rule

If the brief appears to be 100% generated by AI without strategic reasoning, it will be automatically rejected.

The strategist must demonstrate

- Original thinking
- Market awareness
- Human insight
- Specificity from real research

1. Learning and Iteration Layer

Each concept must end with:
- What we expect to learn
- What success would validate
- What failure would indicate
- What future variations could be derived from this concept

This ensures continuous improvement and scalable creative testing.
1. Quality Control Checklist

Before submission, ensure:
- All 7 concepts are research-backed
- Each has 3 distinct creatives
- All creatives are frame-by-frame detailed
- Hooks are strong, clear, and justified
- Tone, intensity, and valence are defined and explained
- Avatar, scenario, and production details are fully specified
- No generic or vague instructions
- Execution requires zero guesswork

Final Note

This role is not about generating ideas. It is about producing executable, performance-driven creative systems based on real customer psychology and iterative testing.
