Customer Care Billing

Specialist , who will be working with internal and external customers to perform various billing and other AR-related functions to support the Nextiva's billing operations processes. Over 90% of the communication in this role will be in English (verbal & written). Please send us your resume in English when applying This person will be an employee of Nextiva, supporting Nextiva customers This position will be 100% on-site at our Nextiva Guadalajara office.

Assist customers with billing questions and resolve billing issues Issue credits for service/product removals and cancellation Support Nextiva's ticketing system Provide back-up customer support for other positions as needed Order service disconnection (disable) of accounts as necessary Experience in customer service roles and call center environment Advanced English (both written and oral)



Exceptional Excel Skills and general computer literacy Basic accounting and bookkeeping background Bachelor's degree Ability to work both independently and in a team setting with minimal supervision Prior experience in Billing or in a customer-facing role They are fact-based and data-driven, They are resilient, able to bounce back from setbacks, zoom in and out, and get in the trenches to help solve important problems.
