We are looking for a Product Data Scientist with strong banking/financial services experience to partner with Product teams and drive data-informed decisions across consumer lending products. The idóneo candidate combines product analytics, experimentation, statistical modeling, and strong communication skills. Must-Have Skills: ~5+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, Applied Statistics, or similar roles ~ Must have banking, fintech, consumer lending, or financial services experience ~ Strong experience with product analytics and experimentation (A/B testing) ~ Strong knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, and causal inference ~ Advanced SQL skills ~ Strong Python or R skills ~ Experience developing and validating statistical/ML models ~ Experience with funnel, cohort, conversion, segmentation, and product metrics ~ Hands-on experience with data pipelines, transformations,



and data modeling ~ Experience working directly with Product Managers and Engineering teams ~ Strong understanding of consumer lending / credit products, underwriting, risk, or pricing ~ Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders ~ Experience using AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for analytics and productivity ~ Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field, or equivalent experience Nice to Have: Experience with credit/risk modeling or pricing strategy dbt, Airflow Segment, Amplitude, mParticle, or similar product analytics tools Experience with AWS Agile/Scrum product team experience Home improvement or contractor financing experience
