The Successful Applicant

- 3 to 5 years of experience owning and leading cross-functional project or initiative plans from end to end,



including planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of results.

- Experience working on software development projects and solid familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proven experience managing spreadsheets and budget tracking as a core responsibility.

- Ability to break down ambiguous goals into clear deliverables, owners, dependencies, and actionable plans, while driving execution through completion.

- Genuine interest in leveraging AI tools in daily work (Claude is a plus), with a strong affinity for technology and continuous learning.

- Advanced English proficiency.
