We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager based in Mexico to support the successful delivery of core insurance platform implementation projects for our clients in the region. The role is part of the COO domain function and reports to the Global Delivery Director.
The Delivery
Manager will work closely with the local client stakeholders, the Fadata Sofia and Mexico delivery team, and the assigned Project Manager to ensure strong execution, clear communication, and hands-on delivery leadership.
The Delivery
Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective project delivery, client coordination, and operational follow-through across the implementation lifecycle. Act as the local delivery lead for Fadata in Mexico, ensuring close collaboration with the client and internal delivery teams. Work closely with the Fadata Sofia team, including the Project Manager, business analysts, technical teams, configuration teams, and other delivery stakeholders.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of core insurance platform implementation activities. Ensure clear communication between the client, local stakeholders, and Fadata's central delivery organization. Participate in client meetings, workshops, status reviews, and delivery governance forums.
Identify delivery risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalations early, and drive resolution in collaboration with the Project Manager and Global Delivery Director. Ensure that project activities are aligned with agreed scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery methodology. Support requirements clarification, solution alignment, issue resolution, and client expectation management.
Bring hands-on experience to help bridge business, delivery, and technical discussions.
Provide regular delivery updates, progress insights, and risk assessments to internal management and client management. Support client confidence through strong local presence, structured communication, and practical delivery leadership The successful candidate should have strong hands-on experience in delivering insurance technology projects, preferably involving core insurance platforms.
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Implementation Manager, or similar role in software delivery. Hands-on experience implementing core insurance platforms or large-scale insurance software solutions. Strong understanding of key insurance processes, such as policy administration, underwriting, billing, claims, product configuration, renewals, endorsements, and integrations.
Experience working with insurance companies, system integrators, or software vendors in the insurance domain. Practical knowledge of implementation project lifecycle activities, including requirements, configuration, testing, migration, integration, go-live, and post-go-live support. Ability to work with both business and technical teams and translate between client expectations and delivery execution.
Experience managing distributed teams and collaborating across locations, preferably with offshore or nearshore delivery teams. Strong client-facing experience, including stakeholder management, communication, and issue resolution. Ability to operate independently while staying aligned with central governance and delivery leadership.
Required skills and competencies Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills. Strong delivery ownership and accountability. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to build trust with local client teams while representing Fadata's delivery standards.
Strong coordination skills across business, technical, and project management stakeholders. Proactive risk management and escalation discipline. Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with regular office presence.
Previous experience working with international delivery teams.
Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or insurance platform modernization projects. Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models.
Experience supporting data migration, legacy modernization, or UI/platform transformation initiatives.
