Delivery Manager – Testing (Temenos Transact)

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Delivery Manager to own end-to-end testing delivery for a Temenos Transact banking program, while acting as the primary client-facing coordinator for the account. This role will also flex into Program Manager responsibilities for Integration services as engagement needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end testing ownership: Discovery → Test Design → Test Execution → Automation Testing → Performance Testing → Documentation Services

Coordinate and facilitate Business/UAT testing cycles with client stakeholders

Own defect management — triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking through closure





Provide test leadership across a distributed team, working closely with offshore delivery and onsite client teams

Act as primary client coordinator for testing workstreams

Double up as Program Manager for Integration services, as needed

Must-Have Qualifications

Hands-on experience managing Temenos Transact Testing (minimum 1 full engagement)

Bilingual: English & Spanish — fluent in Read, Write, and Speak

Proven experience working across offshore delivery teams and direct client interaction

Demonstrated Test Leadership on a banking/financial services program
