Position: Senior Devops Engineer

Location: Mexico - fully remote

Monthly Pesos: $48,518.78 - $75,810.59 (depending on years of experience)

MUST HAVES:

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Git fundamentals
- At least 5+ years of experience designing, building/developing, deploying, and troubleshooting pipelines
- Experience creating and maintaining YAML configurations.
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD concepts and software delivery automation.
- Proficiency in Bash scripting.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions.
- Strong experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with Maven build and dependency management.
- Devops and Cloud Technologies
- Hands-on experience with Docker containerization.
- Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience managing and deploying applications on Kubernetes.
- Experience implementing deployment strategies using Spinnaker.
- Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Mentorship of others

Plusses:





- Experience with Nx monorepo architecture and tooling.
- Experience with React and/or Angular.
- Experience with Java and/or Python.
- Jenkins experience

Day to Day

An Insight Integral Fortune 500 retail client is looking to hire a Senior DevOps Engineer to support their remote team. The main focus on this role will be designing, developing, and troubleshooting pipelines. This person will automate a stable and efficient pipeline, enabling on-time artifact generation. They will directly support release timelines and delivery predictability. The team is made up of 5 senior engineers and 1 principle engineer.
