Purpose of the Job

HH Global is looking for an exceptional Digital Designer and visual storyteller to join our team, who can transform research findings, campaign performance data, and business insights into compelling, visually engaging narratives for clients. This role combines creative excellence with strategic thinking, requiring a designer who can independently lead projects, mentor team members, and deliver innovative solutions across different digital channels. The adecuado candidate is passionate about design, marketing, motion graphics, and storytelling, with the ability to translate complex information into impactful visual communications through infographics, campaign assets, presentations, branding elements, and multimedia content.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and execution of creative solutions across different channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand guidelines, and overall marketing strategies.

- Create high-quality design assets including motion graphics, video content, digital campaigns, presentations, infographics, social media content, branding materials, and marketing collateral.

- Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Client Engagement Teams and cross-functional stakeholders to elevate creative concepts and ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints.

- Take ownership of projects throughout the full lifecycle, from creative briefing and concept development through production, delivery, and quality assurance.

- Present creative concepts, design rationale, and final deliverables confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.

- Provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to Junior Designers and Production Artists, supporting their professional development and project success.

- Review and oversee creative output to maintain high standards of quality, consistency,



and effectiveness across all deliverables.

- Serve as a key quality control and design review resource, ensuring all work meets high standards and client expectations.

- Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, processes, and efficiencies across teams and accounts.

- Contribute to new business opportunities by supporting pitches, creative proposals, and innovative client solutions.

- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving design best practices to continuously elevate the quality of work produced.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

- 5-8+ years of experience as a multidisciplinary designer in an agency, marketing, creative services environment or similar.

- Advanced English level for written and verbal communication.

- Experience designing for digital channels, including social media, email, web, digital advertising, and presentations.

- Strong background in motion graphics, video content, animation, and digital campaigns.

- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Google Slides.

- Ability to develop and execute creative concepts from ideation to final delivery.

- Solid understanding of digital design best practices; print production experience is a plus.

- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

- Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, branding, photography, and user-centered design.

- Effective presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate creative ideas clearly.

- Portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and multidisciplinary design expertise.
