We are looking for a Digital Experience Manager based in Europe, LATAM, Brazil, and Argentina to take the helm of our end-to-end website experience. Own the end-to-end website experience, balancing beautiful UI with high-performance UX and rigorous QA. Manage our UX/UI designer and copywriter to produce site assets that are both on-brand and optimized for action.

Guardian of Quality: Lead QA for all site changes—nothing goes live without your stamp of approval on visual fidelity, functional integrity, and brand consistency. Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Content, Engineering,



and Brand teams to ensure the site hits our North Star metrics (Conversion, Retention, and Storytelling). Build and maintain our design systems and UX standards to ensure scalability as we grow.

Constantly audit user flows and funnels, using data-driven insights to remove friction and increase LTV. You possess native-level or professional fluency in English (written and verbal). 4–6 years in Digital Product Management, UX, or E-commerce.
