We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to lead the operational functions of a vertically integrated consumer products company.

The adecuado candidate has strong experience in supply chain, procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, CRM/ERP systems, and operational reporting.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and builds scalable processes.

The salary range is $1,500 to $2,300 USD per month, depending on experience and seniority.

Candidates from Latin America may be considered.

Candidates outside the western hemisphere will NOT be considered.

The role is 100% remote and full-time.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee supply chain, purchasing, production, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment.
- Manage suppliers, lead times, purchase orders, inbound shipments, and production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, safety stock, and stock accuracy.




- Coordinate with international suppliers and manufacturers, including partners in China and Taiwan.
- Own CRM/ERP data accuracy, reporting, KPIs, and operational dashboards.
- Improve SOPs, workflows, processes, and operational controls.
- Support invoicing, vendor records, purchase orders, and basic accounting processes.
- Identify operational issues early and drive them through resolution.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH.
- Strong operations experience in a manufacturing or physical consumer products business.
- Experience with supply chain, procurement, production planning, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment.
- Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers.
- Strong CRM and reporting experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP and inventory management systems.
- Odoo experience is highly preferred.
- Strong ownership, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability during standard U.S. business hours and U.S. business days.
