The Executive

Assistant will serve as a key operational partner to the Founder and CEO, focused on protecting leadership focus time and improving day-to-day execution flow across priorities. Acting as a central point for communication and follow-through, the Executive Operations Assistant manages meeting coordination, action-item tracking, and executive status reporting to increase accountability and reduce operational friction.

Founder Project

Coordination (Non-Owner) Coordinate project cadence; Coordinate payroll/tax/legal/admin workflows through external providers (CPA, filing services, etc.) 3+ years in an EA / Executive Assistant / Operations Assistant / Project Coordinator role Strong project management execution (tracking, follow-up, accountability, escalation) Excellent written and verbal English Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and one PM tool (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.) eCommerce familiarity (Amazon, Shopify, DTC) is a plus Part-time to start: 15–25 hours/week The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT. 100% remote — work from wherever you do your best thinking The next step is a short application where you can share more about your background and upload your resume in English.
