Description Position at Formación, Educación Y Cultura, S.C. This role supports a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors by coordinating maintenance services, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and institutional standards. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general infrastructure systems. Manage relationships with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including emergency and risk-prevention protocols. Manage inventories of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies. Support space planning, classroom setup, and logistics for school events and activities.
Collaborate with leadership and administrative teams on facilities planning and improvement projects. Monitor and control facilities-related budgets and expenses. Ensure facilities support safeguarding policies and student well-being.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Skills Strong organizational and planning skills. Vendor and contractor management skills. Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Certifications in safety, facilities management, or project management are an advantage.
Experience handling budgets and operational planning. Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
