We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Managing Partner while also assisting with marketing execution.

Executive Support: Manage and maintain the Managing Partner's calendar, including scheduling meetings and prioritizing commitments Coordinate and book complex travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, itineraries) Provide day-to-day administrative support Help establish processes and systems to improve efficiency and organization Marketing Support: Manage and support LinkedIn and social media presence Create, schedule,
